Chocolate fudge

 A delicious soft and creamy homemade chocolate fudge that just melts in your mouth !! See below the ingredients and the steps:

Ingredients:

  • 500g milk powder
    300g sugar
    1 pack of sugar with flavor of rum ( grams)
    200g butter 82% fat
    170ml water
    1oog cocoa
    sugar decorations / nuts / hazelnuts etc

How did I do?

To begin with, prepare the  form: either tap a tray with food foil or use a silicone tray. This time I used a silicone tray of dimensions 18x25cm and the chocolate came out very easily and in one piece :).

In a bowl, mix the powdered milk and cocoa and add a pinch of salt.

Separately, in a saucepan  put  water together with sugar and boil for 5 minutes.  Stop the fire and add the butter. Mix well until melted and pour over the mixture of dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula until you have a homogeneous composition, then pour into shape.

Now you can add if you want nuts, peanuts, etc. I just like it simple, so I  picked sugar decorations, but you can add what you like, of course :) .

Let it cool over night in a cold place and then keep it in the fridge.
